Website Cookies

Stretch Structures websites use “cookies” to allow us to see how the site is used and to personalise your online experience.

What’s a cookie?

A “cookie” is a small data file that is placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies are used by nearly all websites and do not harm your system.

What’s a cookie’s purpose?

It records how you move your way around a website so that, when you revisit that website, it can present personalised options based on the information stored about your last visit. For example, if you’ve purchased from us before, your billing / shipping addresses may be pre-populated to save you time typing them in again. If you want to change any details you can simply type over the text.

Cookies can also be used to analyse traffic so we can see which parts of our sites are most popular, and for advertising and marketing purposes.

How do I control and delete cookies?

– Persistent cookies: a persistent cookie is stored as a file on your computer and it remains there when you close your web browser. The cookie can be read by the website that created it when you visit that website again.

Cookies can also be categorised as follows:

– Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential to enable you to use the website effectively, such as when buying a product and / or service, and therefore cannot be turned off. Without these cookies, the services available to you on our website cannot be provided. These cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you have been on the internet.

For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks delivery. International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related and rejected delivery costs.

Remote Locations

Please note that some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
